Ordering Policy

Shopping for fish in Chittagong city is now that simple. Fish Hut brings numerous options to order fish from home.

In either case, you can choose the option of processing your fish on the checkout page. Fish processing is completely free of cost.

We avail the following payment options for the purchase.

In-Store Purchase:

Mobile or Online Purchase:

Note that orders placed via phone or online will only be processed after the payment confirmation is done. You may track an order by accessing your online account and viewing the order status and tracking information in the order history details. Also, you can directly call us at 01847-093311 to know the status of your order.

Can I make changes to my order?

You may make changes to your order any time after the order is placed as long as your order hasn’t been processed. If you need to change an order, call at out hotline: 01847-093311 to check if your order has been processed and change your order.

How can I cancel my order?

You may cancel an order as long as it has not been processed. Please call at out hotline: 01847-093311. If your order has not yet been processed, they will be able to assist in canceling your order.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Our goal at Fish Hut has been and still is to offer the best fish products at the best reasonable prices better than the local market. With the increase in all sourcing and servicing costs, we’ve found a way to ensure that our customers get the best possible pricing experience at Fish Hut.

Free shipments are delivered on every single day within short distance from our outlet around the Chittagong City. Only some reasonable and actual additional shipment charges are applicable for bulk purchase and delivery at long distance from our outlet. Whatever be the case, the expected freight charge is communicated to you before the shipment is made.

Delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s destined address and availability of the products. Items could take up to 2 days (at Max) for the delivery. Item delivery time quoted below are to metropolitan areas, and shipments to remote locations may take longer delivery time. Order arrival timelines are dependent upon the product, inventory status, and delivery method. In rare instances, when an item in-stock becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, you will be notified of the status of that order.

Standard Shipping/Delivery Time:

    • General Consumer – 1 Business Day
    • Family Occasions – 2 Business Days or Scheduled Delivery
    • Restaurant – 2 Business Days or Scheduled Delivery
    • Corporate Clients – 2 Business Days or Scheduled Delivery

Placing your order very late in the day, after the shipping service provider has picked up their last shipment, is one factor that can affect shipping time. As a rule, orders are expected to be fulfilled as per the below schedule:

    • Ordering between 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM – Delivery on Same Business Day
    • Ordering after 07:00 PM – Delivery on Next Business Day Morning

What are the weight and size limits for shipping?

There are no limits to the total weight of your shipment or the total number of packages in your shipment.  We reserve the right to calculate the shipping cost at actual depending on your Ship-To location.  A member of our customer service team will contact you with a quote for accurate freight costs.

Who do I call if my fish arrives damaged or perished?

If your order is damaged or perished, refuse to accept the delivery (if possible) and call Customer Service at 01847-093311. You must save all shipping and merchandise packaging and documents.

Refund Policy

It’s our mission to ensure that your Fish Hut shopping experience is simple and enjoyable. We try out best to take care of your order at every step of sourcing, processing, and delivery. We collect each single piece of fish from the Grade A source, exchange the fish while processing if found damaged, and deliver with care so that it doesn’t get damaged or perished.

In case, if you are not completely satisfied with our product, and find it to be damaged or perished, you may claim for the refund. The reason must be logical. Customers may call our hotline at 01847-093311 immediately upon discovering any damage or defect with an item ordered online. You must save all shipping and merchandise packaging and documentation.

You may exchange the fishes that have been damaged or a refund will be given. The refund will only be applicable for a percentage of the total order value based on the specific case(s) subject to you. After your communication to our respective authority, we will investigate the case and fix the refund amount.

Note that no cash refund will be given to the customer. The refund will be adjusted with the next order value. A customer can deduct the amount from the next order value or take more quantity of that fish or any other fishes equivalent to the amount of the refund.

Fish Hut does not refund for the products that have been damaged or perished for the reasons that are not the fault of Fish Hut.
